This data request form gives service providers and local governments a way to request data about homelessness in our community. To request information, please answer the questions below. Depending on the request, we may direct you to existing information or provide a custom analysis of data collected throughout the year or during our twice-yearly Point-in-Time (PIT) counts.

Someone from our team will get back to you to discuss your request, if needed, within the next two weeks. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your request.
