Commonwealth Catholic Charities: Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) provides life-changing human services to vulnerable individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Goochland Cares: Goochland Cares Free Clinic and Family Services provides basic human services and health care to our Goochland neighbors in need. Among its programs, Goochland Cares maintains facilities to provide safe, stable, temporary housing for clients experiencing a housing crisis. https://goochlandcares.org/
Hanover Safe Place: Hanover Safe Place’s mission is to prevent sexual and domestic violence, provide services to those affected, and create community awareness for support and resources. https://www.hanoversafeplace.com/
Home Again:HomeAgain’s mission is to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness secure and maintain a home, again. HomeAgain’s programs include emergency shelters, bridge housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing.https://www.homeagainrichmond.org/
Homeward:As the planning agency for the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care, Homeward empowers homeless service agencies to work smarter, connect the dots, and maximize limited resources. Homeward also secures significant resources, ensures funding compliance, researches and compiles best practices for homeless solutions, and provides recommendations based on lived experience in our region.https://www.homewardva.org/
Housing Families First:Housing Families First (HFF) gives families facing homelessness the opportunity to build a legacy for their families by providing a path to a permanent home. HFF programs include emergency shelter for families with children, housing coaching, rapid re-housing, transitional housing, and strategies and financial support to help parenting or single 18-24-year-olds.https://housingfamiliesfirst.org/
Liberation Veteran Services:Liberation Veteran Services (LVS) supports veterans experiencing homelessness in the Greater Richmond area. LVS provides a safe haven exclusively for veterans in crisis. Programs include transitional housing, rapid re-housing, and counseling.https://www.lvsrva.org/
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority:Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) fearlessly champions the health, wellness, and recovery of individuals and families in our community. Safe Harbor:Safe Harbor provides the support that survivors of sexual and domestic violence and human trafficking need to overcome their crisis and to transform their lives. Services are available in both English and Spanish and are available to anyone who has experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, or human trafficking. Salvation Army:The Salvation Army has a rich history of service to families and individuals in need in the Central Virginia area for more than 125 years. Span Center: The Capital Area Agency on Aging empowers seniors to. Live with dignity and choice. Span Center is dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence and quality of life as they age. St. Joseph’s Villa:St. Joseph’s Villa creates brighter futures for children of all socioeconomic backgrounds faced with developmental disabilities, diverse learning styles, mental health issues, homelessness and other challenges.
